Use the in-app Report option if a generated result appears inappropriate, unsafe, abusive, or otherwise concerning.
Submit a report
- Open the generated result.
- Choose Report.
- Select the reason that best describes the issue.
- Add an explanation and supporting screenshot when useful.
- Submit the report for review.
Submitting a report uploads the reported result and any screenshot you choose to include to Starriva Support for review.
Report reasons
- Pornographic or sexually suggestive content.
- Content involving a minor.
- Unauthorized use of a person's likeness.
- Fraud or impersonation.
- Violence or hate.
- Self-harm.
- Other.
Complaints and appeals
For a safety appeal, copyright complaint, likeness complaint, privacy concern, or content involving someone outside your own account, email support@starriva.com. Include only the information needed to locate and assess the issue.
Do not publicly repost harmful material just to report it. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
